Refund policy

14-day returns
Not completely happy? You can return an unopened Perfumas Advent Calendar within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return
1. Email us at mviane.pro@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions within 24 business hours.
3. Send the calendar back unopened, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Arrived damaged? We've got you
If your calendar arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Opened calendars
Because each calendar is a gift and collectible set, opened calendars can't be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Add-ons
Shipping Protection and Priority Processing fees are refundable only if your order has not shipped yet.
