1. Seller. These terms apply to purchases made on this store from Perfumas, a brand operated by Marwane Ismael Pierre Viane, sole proprietor, SIRET 132 136 912 00012, 68 avenue des Ruchoux, 87100 Limoges, France ("Perfumas", "we").

2. Products. The Perfumas Advent Calendar contains 24 decorative collectible mini perfume bottle miniatures. They contain no fragrance or liquid. Lifestyle photos are for illustration; colors may vary slightly between screens.

3. Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders and payment. An order is confirmed once payment is completed. You'll receive a confirmation email.

5. Shipping. See our Shipping Policy. Orders ship within 48 hours with free tracked shipping.

6. Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy: 14-day returns on unopened calendars, and a free replacement or full refund if your calendar arrives damaged.

7. Liability. Small parts: not suitable for children under 3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
